Selection Announcements
The Postgraduate Program in Pharmacology and Medicinal Chemistry (PPGFQM) holds two selection processes per year, making 20 places available per semester for the Master's course and 20 per semester for the Doctorate course, of which 20% are earmarked for affirmative action for admission through the reservation of places for black or brown or Indigenous candidates. Exceptionally, when the number of successful applicants is less than the number of scholarships available, an extraordinary selection may be made.
The Master's selection is made in 2 stages: a test of specific knowledge, of an eliminatory nature, and an interview in which the candidate's curriculum vitae and the presentation and defense of the dissertation project are evaluated; The Doctorate selection is made in one stage based on the candidate's interview, in which the candidate's curriculum vitae and the presentation and defense of the thesis project are evaluated in a comparative manner.
Candidates for the Master's and Doctorate are subjected to an English language proficiency test.
Details of the selection process can be found in the respective selection notices.
