PPGFQM Strategic Planning for the next 4 years was based on a SWOT analysis presented in the matrix below (Table I). Thus, it was possible to assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to the program's growth. Having this diagnosis at hand, objectives were proposed, along with actions to be taken by PPGFQM, in order to reach them by 2024. The planning also put forward performance indicators and goals to be achieved. (Table 2).
